It really is an issue. I'm hoping with the new round of updates Google has in store that a lot of these 'bugs' will be a thing of the past. However, I'm certain that the headaches will only get more diminutive with time.

The top priorities for them at this point are retooling the one box problem, expanding the language of the parameters to include home based businesses, and to somehow filter out spammy titles. As for multiple IP's, I think you guys might be stuck for a little while, from the reading I've done about the LBC updates, it looks like multiple IP's might be excluded, for good.

I checked out <a href="http://www.thisisboss.com" rel="nofollow">thisisboss.com</a>, you guys have some good work.

I really agree with this, Why is it Google does not see that "normal" small business's are home-based? It is frustrating knowing they ignore the fact. I am curious to what will happen when they launch the new Google "caffeine" Is it going to affect the LBC? I do the SEO and Marketing for Boss Creative and we are in the process of being nation-wide and its hard when Google does not allow listings with multiple address's...
